Highly successful food and beverage operator brings dynamic restaurant concept to Toyota Music Factory

IRVING, TEXAS (Aug. 8, 2018) – Emil Bragdon, president and CEO of Funky Lime Hospitality Concepts and a highly successful food and beverage operator in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, has signed a lease to bring his Reservoir restaurant concept to Toyota Music Factory in Las Colinas. A graduate of Irving‘s MacArthur High School, he‘s excited his new restaurant and entertainment concept will be only a short distance from where he grew up.

The original Reservoir and Bragdon‘s other concepts, including the popular Whiskey Garden, are in Fort Worth. The Toyota Music Factory Reservoir will be across from Alamo Drafthouse Cinema and located on the Texas Lottery Plaza. Plans call for the venue to open in the fourth quarter of this year in space previously leased by Billy Bob Barnett.

“Reservoir brings another exciting dimension to our expansive selection of restaurants and entertainment,” says Noah Lazes, president of ARK Group and developer of Toyota Music Factory. “Given the success of the dining options inside the project, as well our Live Nation concert venue making the top 10 list of most attended amphitheaters in the world, we‘re seeing terrific leasing activity from operators now aware of the Las Colinas market potential. More new tenant announcements will be coming soon.”

Two exciting new concepts, Kitchen 101 and Violet Room by Kim Forsythe (owner of Sambuca), are also under construction and expected to open by year-end.

“Reservoir at Toyota Music Factory is a perfect fit for us,” Bragdon says. “Our food and beverage program at our location in Fort Worth‘s hot West 7th District has been a testing ground for us the past six years. Our chef has been outstanding, and our product has evolved ”“ I couldn‘t be prouder. Now to be able to launch our second location less than a mile away from where I grew up and went to junior high and high school is a little surreal. I‘m excited to bring some local flair to the area, and I know Reservoir will be a great addition to other amazing concepts and operators at Toyota Music Factory.”

Toyota Music Factory, developed by ARK Group, is a $200 million, 500,000+ square foot mixed-use entertainment and lifestyle center located in the Las Colinas Urban Center in Irving, Texas.
